Established in July 2008 by pastry chef Sara Spearin, Dynamo Donut + Coffee is the original local artisan donut shop.

Cornmeal Chocolate Chip Anise
Chocolate chips folded into anise cornmeal dough. Dipped in vanilla glaze and sprinkled with toasted anise seeds.
Ginger Pineapple
Juicy pineapple bits and candied ginger pieces folded into an orange zest dough. Dunked in a ginger pineapple glaze and garnished with candied ginger.

Our coffee dough is dipped in our in house espresso glaze. Topped off with a dark chocolate streusel.

Our carrot cake INAG* dough is topped with our classic carrot cream cheese glaze.
