Established in July 2008 by pastry chef Sara Spearin, Dynamo Donut + Coffee is the original local artisan donut shop.

(Filled) Vanilla base filled with lemon curd & gently tossed in a Sichuan peppercorn & sugar mixture.

Classic lemon buttermilk wheat-free base is filled with poppy seeds and finished off with a zesty lemon glaze and a sprinkle of poppy seeds.
Vanilla Chocolate
A wheat-free chocolate base dipped in our classic vanilla bean glaze.
CARROT CAKE
Wheat-free base filled with carrots, currants, cinnamon, clove, and tossed in brown sugar & cinnamon.
*I’m Not a Gluten donuts are all made from a wheat-free base, but fried in the same oil as our other donut flavors.
