Established in July 2008 by pastry chef Sara Spearin, Dynamo Donut + Coffee is the original local artisan donut shop.

Chocolate shortbread cookie crumbs folded into our base dough. Dipped in a rich tres leches glaze, rolled in chocolate shortbread crumbs and garnished with our staple Dynamo cookie.
