Established in July 2008 by pastry chef Sara Spearin, Dynamo Donut + Coffee is the original local artisan donut shop.

Fresh strawberries in a semolina base topped with Earl Grey Glaze.
Vanilla and orange zest base filled with our homemade strawberry jam.

Coconut base glazed with sweet coconut milk and topped with toasted coconut.
Buckwheat Corn Peach
Corn, Guinness-infused peaches, and orange zest are folded into a buckwheat base and topped with a Guinness glaze.

A wheat-free base filled with carrots, currants, cinnamon and clove, dipped in a carrot juice and cream cheese glaze.
