Fresh peaches folded into corn milk dough, dipped in a house-made sweet tea glaze. 

ELOTE FRITTER

Fresh corn milk and colorful peppers folded into fritter dough, drizzled with buttermilk glaze, and finished with Parmesan cheese and Tajín.
